Mastering:
Basic
Mastering: $100 per CD (Plus
Tax)
Once a project is mixed and the final mix
has been approved by a client, it is then mastered to a CD. The basic mastering
service implies that final leveling of the CD is done through a loudness
maximizing limiter and is then burned directly to CD. This basic mastering
service is included in the cost of the LP CD package and EP CD package.

Pro-Level
Mastering: $200 per CD (Plus
Tax)
Pro-leveling implies a much more
complicated and time consuming process of using our mastering EQ multiband
compression and final mastering limiter to give your CD project that
professional edge, better overall tone, and loudness. Blackstar Records'
pro-leveling mastering service is very comparable to other mastering studios.
